Fabulous pictures. That is just A-some
So how are you finding life with just the basics?
What comforts are you missing?
Do you find things to be easier with out the bother of “what will i wear today”?
Anything you brought that you are finding you could have done with out?
Well, it’s not too bad with just the basics actually. A little dull, but overall we have what we need. It’s amazing all the junk you think you must have at home! I have to say, I am getting a little sick of my clothes, but I think that has to do with the fact that everything always seems dirty…washing in the sink is just not the same, and with so few outfits, we do a lot of sink washing. The thing I’ve worn the least is the running tights, though I did run regularly in Santiago, and I hope to again when we are out of the mountains. In the States I wore them all the time for hiking, not sure why I’m not here. Otherwise, we use pretty much everything regularly.
